WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SPEND ON ORDERS FOR THE DELIVERY?

The minimum order spend is $50 for delivery or you can collect your order from the store.

 

WHERE CAN I VIEW MY ORDER DETAILS?

Simply log onto your account to view your order details.

 

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS/DATE OR TIME FOR MY CURRENT ORDER?

To change the delivery address/date or time for your current order, email us at team@bestfruitatmosman.com.au or call us on 02 9969 7010.

Please note any changes to your address must be made at least 6 hours before delivery.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?

If you haven’t selected the leave unattended delivery option our customer service team will try to contact you to authorize the delivery. If not, we will need to return the order to the store and a re-delivery fee of $20 will apply, as well as the cost of any perishable products in the order.

 

WHAT HAPPENS TO PERISHABLE PRODUCTS IF I SELECT UNATTENDED DELIVERY?

Unattended orders are the responsibility of the customer for any damages or perishable products left unattended for long periods.

 

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ARRIVES LATE?

We will do our absolute best to deliver your order on time, but sometimes there can be unforeseen delays.

IS BEST FRUIT AT MOSMAN STILL DELIVERING THROUGH THE CURRENT SYDNEY LOCKDOWN?

Yes, we are still delivering fresh produce, flowers, to all the eligible suburbs – please check our “Delivery Information” to find out if we deliver to your post code. We are accepting orders until 4pm 7 days a week or until our delivery capacity is reached for each day. FYI, we are in Mosman.

 

WHEN ARE WE OPEN?

We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7. The store is open from 6:30am to 6:30pm for the store pick up.

 

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Yes, we sure do. Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 4pm (AEST). We will accept orders until our driver capacity is reached.

 

WHAT HOURS DO WE DELIVER?

Normal flower delivery hours are between 9am and 5:30pm.

 

WHAT IS OUR DELIVERY FEES?

We offer free delivery to Mosman, Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Kirribilli & Milson Point. For other suburbs we have tried to keep our delivery fees to an absolute minimum, and still offer a convenient, competitively priced service. We are small business, and our delivery service fee varies from $5.99 to $29.99 depending on the size of your order and the delivery location.

 

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE TO GUARANTEE SAME DAY FLOWER DELIVERY?

Need flowers delivered today? For same day delivery, orders must be placed by 4pm.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. If you need an order at a specific time, please let us know in “Delivery note” during checkout and we will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business.

 

CAN YOU RING THE RECIPIENT PRIOR TO DELIVERY?

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "Delivery Notes" field on the order page. We may call a recipient when necessary, in order to ensure your delivery runs as smooth as possible.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers or gift will be left at the recipients front or back door, if requested to do so by the sender; or if our delivery person feels it is safe to do so.

If the gift cannot be left safely, we will contact you to work out a solution.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?

Our delivery person will attempt to find the correct address.

If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery.

Please make sure the address is correct when you order and check the order confirmation email when it is received.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

We will make every effort possible. This is not possible if the order is already with our driver for delivery.

 

CAN FLORIST LET ME KNOW WHEN THE FLOWERS HAVE BEEN DELIVERED?

Please request it at the time of the delivery and where possible we can let you know.
